Singapore National Arts Council Full time

**What the role is**
- You will be part of the team that develops arts infrastructure frameworks in partnership with key government agencies to diversify spaces for the arts in Singapore and work with venue owners to integrate the arts into the Civic District and Bras Basah Bugis precincts.

**What you will be working on**
- Assist in research project on arts infrastructure
- Analyse data and present findings to guide policy formulation
- Prepare database of listings for online space resource directory
- Provide infrastructureplanning project support particularly in processing tenders procurement, and regular e-filing/documentation
- Prepare automated processes and data visualization

**What we are looking for**
- Good Degree in Business Administration/Management, or equivalent field
- At least 2 years of experience in leasing / tenancy
- Relevant experience in process automation or business research would be advantageous
- An interest in the arts or public sector experience will be advantageous
- Experience in public sector tenders/procurements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proactively take initiative to take on tasks assigned
- Meticulous and detail oriented
- Strong communication skills and able to work independently
