**Casual Management Support Officer**

The Standards Development Organisation (SDO) Department, under Dean's Office is looking for a Casual Management Support officer to assist with the following job responsibilities:

- Assisting with SDO’s procurement, sourcing, and reimbursements.
- Supporting SDO finance audits and related tasks.
- Managing SDO’s newsletter and social media updates.
- Coordinating SDO meetings and catering arrangements.
- Providing SDO committee management support as needed.
- Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Please take note that this is a part-time contract (12 months) requiring commitment of up to 25 working hours per week.

**Qualifications**
- Familiarity with NUS procurement and finance policies and procedures
- Experience in vendor sourcing, event organization, and catering arrangements
- Strong oral and written communication skills with stakeholders
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Adobe PDF, etc
- Experience in social media and newsletter management (preferred)
