Position: Business Development Assistant/Specialist
Working Days: Mon - Fri
Working Time: 9am - 6pm
5 days work

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Communication and perform follow up calls with members
- Monitoring their sales activities and pipelines
- Facilitate events training session
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Verifications of customers' data in the system
- Process phone order (mínimal)
- Making basic mentoring calls or Sales calls
- Making of rescue calls to retain customers who cancelled their membership
- Handle queries from the field on business reports and commissions
- Month end calls to members on their enrollment status & back dating processes
- Sending SMS to members -Sales and follow up calls on attendance for Marketing & Events
- Handle products enquiries from customers
- Assist to handle incoming calls
**Requirements**:
- Minimum O Level/Higher Nitec/Diploma
- Good team player, self-motivated, and service oriented.
- Proficient in MS Office such as Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Takes initiative and pride in his/her work
- Cheerful Disposition
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,600.00 per month
