We are excited to offer an opportunity for individuals looking to transition their careers into the field of international business development through the Career Conversion Programme - Internalisation Program. As a Business Development Executive, you will undergo specialized training and development as part of this program while contributing to our company's growth in the global market.
**Responsibilities**:
- Participate in the Career Conversion Programme - Internalisation Program to gain knowledge and skills in international business development.
- Conduct cold calls and outreach activities to potential clients in international markets, introducing our products/services and generating new leads.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets through market research, networking, and prospecting.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to penetrate international markets and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor products, services, and solutions to meet the needs of international clients.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- Stay informed about global market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes affecting international business.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics related to international business development.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, international business, or related field.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or related roles preferred but not required.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in international business development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural skills.
- Ability to adapt to different cultural norms and business practices.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to change.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
**Requirements**:
- Must meet the eligibility criteria for the Career Conversion Programme - Internalisation Program.
- Commitment to undergo training and development as part of the program.
- Availability to travel overseas for business meetings and engagements, as needed.
