Managing full spectrum of HR & Administrative functions including staffing and recruitment, compensation, benefits, discipline handling, performance management, foreign employee’s matters, arranging invoices(to supporting Sales and Financial department), insurance management, air conditioner cleaning management, all requirement for smooth operation of company.
- b. Ensure the smooth running of day to day HR & Administrative operations such as employment contract, payroll, leave, HR database updating and staff welfare administration.
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies, procedures and processes.
- Responsible for various aspects of office administration and ensure smooth functioning in administrative activities.
- Assist manager and management on reporting to HQ such as gathering information internally.
- Liaise with company secretary in regards with administrative amendment and filing to government body.
- Any other duties assigned by MD.
- Assist account department.
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
