Your role will be crucial in growing our market share in Southeast Asia, ensuring the successful design, validation, and implementation of our products.

**What You'll Do**:

- ** Customer-Centric Approach**: Analyze customer processes and User Requirement Specifications (URS) to design optimized solutions. Support the first product installation and initial start-up, providing comprehensive training and support.
- ** Quality & Excellence**: Collaborate with the Quality Department to troubleshoot and resolve customer process issues, ensuring top-notch quality and satisfaction.
- ** Strategic Insights**: Conduct competitive analysis and share valuable insights with the Application Specialist Team and Product Excellence to drive strategic decisions.

**Who You Are**:

- ** Educational Background**: You hold a degree in Science, with a preference for biological sciences, biotechnology, or engineering.
- ** Industry Experience**: You bring at least 3 years of relevant experience in the Biopharma industry, with a background in Filtration being a valuable bonus.
- ** Communication Skills**: You have excellent communication and presentation skills, are fluent in English, and proficiency in additional local languages is a plus.
- ** Cultural Awareness**: You demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity, enabling you to effectively collaborate in a diverse and global environment.
