Your role will be crucial in growing our market share in Southeast Asia, ensuring the successful design, validation, and implementation of our products.**What You'll Do:*** **Collaborate & Innovate:** Work hand-in-hand with Sales to deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and application studies. Partner with Product Excellence to test and showcase new products through beta sites.* **Customer-Centric Approach:** Analyze customer processes and User Requirement Specifications (URS) to design optimized solutions. Support the first product installation and initial start-up, providing comprehensive training and support.* **Quality & Excellence:** Collaborate with the Quality Department to troubleshoot and resolve customer process issues, ensuring top-notch quality and satisfaction.* **Strategic Insights:** Conduct competitive analysis and share valuable insights with the Application Specialist Team and Product Excellence to drive strategic decisions.**Who You Are:*** **Educational Background:** You hold a degree in Science, with a preference for biological sciences, biotechnology, or engineering.* **Industry Experience:** You bring at least 3 years of relevant experience in the Biopharma industry, with a background in Filtration being a valuable bonus.* **Technical Expertise:** You possess strong process optimization and application knowledge, with the ability to interface effectively with cross-functional departments.* **Communication Skills:** You have excellent communication and presentation skills, are fluent in English, and proficiency in additional local languages is a plus.* **Cultural Awareness:** You demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity, enabling you to effectively collaborate in a diverse and global environment.**What We Offer:**At Sartorius, we embrace openness, sustainability, and enjoyment as core values.
