Define and drive adoption of Customer Success Best Practices for the APJ Customer Success team, including Customer Success playbooks, metrics measurement and customer goal-setting.
- Build service and solution offerings, including work breakdown structures, and then train/enable partner organizations to handle delivery.
- Work with Customer Success Operations, Implementation & Integration and partner team resources to ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Guide the Customer Success & Services Team in scoping, scheduling and deploying Pure Storage solutions through project based services.
- Work with key Reseller/Distribution partners to help build their services portfolio around the Pure product line.
- Work with the Customer Success Manager resources to ensure they are staffed appropriately and are able to drive product adoption and customer value at key accounts.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Ability to influence organizations and stakeholders - Must be willing and able to work in an open office, team environment.
- Strong ability to present clear strategies and programs to the SVP/GM and staff
- Thorough understanding of the architecture, design and implementations of multi-tiered client/server and web-based computing solutions. Deep knowledge of Customer Success management, including Customer Success Managers and Customer Success software platforms.
- Senior enough to be fully autonomous and strong ability to operate with very little guidance.
- Thought leadership capabilities in the area of Customer Success, including goal-setting, metrics measurement and personnel training.
- 7-10 years minimum experience supporting the sales of enterprise storage, networking or systems solutions to a combination of large enterprise accounts and data centers.
- Very strong communication skills.
