**Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, HR
Reporting to the HR Director, the role will be the 2nd in charge of the HR team and play a supporting role for the HR Director to address business HR needs and fostering employee engagement. Evolving and scaling our people-related strategies, processes, and practices and driving flawless execution is critical to future success.

The role will take on all generalist HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, development, union relations, payroll management and employee engagement

**Job Description
- Provide HR guidance to the HR team in maintenance of employee records, work pass renewal/cancellations, checking of monthly attendance, data entry and medical claims processing.
- Performs recruitment efforts for all personnel and conducts new employee onboarding and exit interviews
- Maintains personnel records and prepares reports as required
- Work closely with HR, Operations and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Involve in company events, as well as employee wellness programmes to conceive and enhance Company team building spirit.
- Administer and conduct employee work satisfaction survey or staff engagement programme
- Work closely with Payroll Team to ensure accurate monthly pay out to the workforce.
- Participate in ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned.

**Job Requirements
- Minimum diploma, preferably with specialization in Human Resource Management
- At least 5 years of Experience in similar scope of work is advantageous
- Knowledge of payroll administration will be preferred
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
- Ability to strive in a fast paced, results-oriented environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills combined with self-assurance and confidence.
