**REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES**: (Employee may perform any combination of the essential functions shown below. Must be a Singapore permanent resident.
- Providing reservations support to the Client Services Counselor / Inside Sales.
- Acting as a primary point of contact for the guest to ensure complete satisfaction with their accommodations.
- Preparing and sending contracts, reservation confirmation and arrival instructions to the guest.
- Responds to guest service and/or maintenance requests and works with properties to ensure timely and accurate resolution of issue. Follow up with guest pot resolution.
- Sending, receiving and monitoring guest satisfaction surveys.
- Auditing reservation files to ensure data is entered accurately - arrival/departure, rate, margin, proper files are attached, etc.
- Developing positive property relationships and communicating regularly with the properties ensuring that potential problems are avoided.
- Other duties as assigned.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent communication skills while able to build rapport and maintain working relationships while delivering a high standard for service.
- Solves a variety of problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Critical and analytical thinking with attention to detail and high accuracy
- Delivers service with a smile. Actively communicates and seeks to develop solid working relationships with a variety of people
- Is comfortable working on several projects simultaneously and yet is well organized at all times.
- Negotiates and resolves issues and problems related to guest issues while aware and sensitive to errors and mistakes that can occur and minimizes them.
- Maintains a high level of positive self-confidence whilst either working independently and/or within group setting.
- Capable of concentrating on details for extended periods of time.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The qualifications listed in this document are the minimum qualifications required in order to successfully be considered and hired for the position.

**LANGUAGE SKILLS**:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (ability to communicate with all levels of the organization). Ability to read, write, hear, and speak in English.

**EDUCATION**:
High School diploma or equivalent is required

**EXPERIENCE**:
6 months to 1 year of customer service, preferably in Corporate Housing industry

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,300.00 per month
