Job Description

We are seeking a Guest Services professional to join our team. As a key member of the front desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Your role will involve handling resident inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

You will also be responsible for managing resident accounts, processing transactions, and performing administrative tasks as required.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our residents, understanding their needs, and providing personalized support to ensure their comfort and convenience.

As a Guest Services representative, you will be the face of our organization, embodying our values of hospitality, respect, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Manage resident accounts, process transactions, and perform administrative tasks as required
  • Work closely with residents to understand their needs and provide personalized support
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, colleagues, and external partners
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in software applications, including property management systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
