Job Title: Guest Service Representative

As a Guest Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our hotel guests. Your role is to ensure that all guests have a positive experience during their stay with us.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Registering hotel guests and maintaining accurate records
  • Communicating with guests to understand their needs and provide exceptional service
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Disciplined and service-oriented approach
