Job Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic professional to join our team as a Senior Guest Service Representative. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every interaction with our hotel is memorable and positive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the hotel lobby and reception area.
  • Work closely with the Assistant Manager to provide prompt and courteous service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate knowledge of guest arrivals, events, amenities, and general information to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Communicate effectively with various departments, including Concierge, Reception, Bell Counter, and Front Office Cashier, to ensure smooth guest experience.
  • Handle baggage and transport efficiently while providing excellent customer service and responding to general enquiries.
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned by superiors with professionalism and diligence.

Requirements:
  • Possess a minimum completion of high school education or equivalent.
  • Be able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, outgoing personality, and excellent communication skills.
  • New graduates and those without experience are welcome to apply.
