Job Title: Guest Service Representative

Roles & Responsibilities:

Guest Service Representatives welcome guests, answer phone calls and enquiries, respond to inquiries about products and services, provide information and solutions to meet customer needs, provide customer service and administrative support to the daily operation of a salon, manage the Front Desk Area, keep the area tidy and presentable, schedule appointments and bookings, maintain customer records and basic administrative support, enter data into the system and update records.

Requirements:

Successful candidates will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, good organizational and multitasking abilities, be able to represent the business professionally, work on weekends and public holidays, and communicate proficiently with English and Chinese-speaking customers.

Benefits:
