Job Title: Guest Service Representative
A Guest Service Representative is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas. They will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.Job Description:
Main Responsibilities

Clean and prepare guest rooms according to established standards, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.

Maintain a high level of housekeeping throughout the hotel, including corridors, staircases, and public areas.

Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Work effectively as part of a team to meet hotel cleaning targets and maintain a high standard of customer service.

Requirements:
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and move equipment as needed
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions (if applicable)
