**Job Descriptions: -**
- Supporting First line team delivering helpdesk support for internal users, ensuring network devices, peripherals and services are operational and are returned to service in the quickest possible time
- Providing Second line helpdesk support when a documented process does not work or where low-level analysis is required to resolve an issue
- General Administration and creation of user accounts and their associated security to prevent unauthorized access to data or systemsRT
- General support and administration of the telephone and mobile device management systems, including the creation of user and device accounts
- Participation in improvement activities at department and company level to enhance business performance
- Comply with all relevant internal rules, policy and procedures, including those relating to Health and Safety, Data Protection, security and those contained within the issued Employee Handbook and Policies and Procedures Manual
- Undertake other duties and tasks that may be allocated that are appropriate to the job
**Job Requirements**:
- 3 Years of relevant work experience
- Industry recognised qualifications, Microsoft accredited or equivalent (Microsoft MCSA/MCP CompTIA A+ IT) or significant experience
- Diploma in Computer Studies or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems
- Experience with using and troubleshooting Microsoft office
- Basic understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration
- Support and administration of MS Office / O365 / Cloud
- User, group, file and security permissions within Active Directory
- General support to warehouse operations, including scanners and printers
**Areas of Responsibilities: -**
- Wireless technology, Scanners/Tablets/printers
- iOS / Intune testing and evaluation
- SCCM PC Build testing and evaluation
- Security/Door access systems/CCTV
- Telephone policy and administration
- User and operational equipment out of warranty schedules and administration
- Mobile phone fleet management
- User training / communication
- User documentation
- Onboarding/Offboarding process and policy
- Support of sites in APAC region (Singapore onsite based) and others remotely (Malaysia, Japan, Australia etc)
**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
