
Product Operation Manager, User Growth

**Responsibilities**:
Team Introduction With the mission of "Inspiring New Life and Helping Good Business", Local Service is committed to becoming the most trusted local service platform for users and partners. In Local Services, through POI, Video, LIVE, Search, and other various products, services and roles related to life are creatively connected, making the daily life experience richer, more unique and more innovative. At the same time, Local Services creates an inclusive and fair healthy business environment, helping merchants, service providers, creators and other roles to continuously create revenue and improve efficiency. Responsibilities: - Build and run end-to-end growth programs across the user lifecycle; relentlessly optimize conversion rates and ROI. - Create a best-in-class analytics framework (A/B tests, funnel analysis, etc.) to pinpoint bottlenecks, test hypotheses, and iterate fast. - Partner with Product, Industry, and Marketing teams to launch high-impact campaigns that marry product capabilities with user needs and deliver scalable growth. - Align and coordinate Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data teams to ensure flawless rollout and continuous measurement of every initiative.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or above. - 3+ years of product-ops or user-growth experience in a consumer internet company; proven track record of delivering measurable growth. - Deep fluency in full-funnel growth frameworks and methodologies; experience building a growth engine. - Strong analytical skills—comfortable turning raw data into clear insights and concrete next steps. - Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership; obsessive about results. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in e-commerce, local services, or marketplace platforms. - Hands-on experience with user segmentation and persona modeling.
