**What Would Be Your Responsibilities**:

- End-to-End Product Operations: Independently manage the overall operations of the product, aligning with business development goals and market conditions. Develop effective operations plans and be responsible for the product's revenue growth. Monitor product performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement changes to enhance the overall monetization / revenue generation opportunities.
- User Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire user lifecycle, from acquisition to retention and monetization. Analyze user behaviour, identify pain points, and implement strategies to improve user engagement, and loyalty. Construct and continuously optimize the product funnel, research the driving factors of user retention, and drive ongoing improvements to boost revenue.
- User Segmentation and Personalization: Leverage data analytics to generate insights into user behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use these insightsto segment users based on their activity levels and behaviours, and provide tailored content recommendations and product offerings to different user groups. Consistently improve key performance indicators across the platform.
- Competitive Insights and Differentiation: Gain deep insights into user demands and competitor dynamics, and develop differentiated operations strategies to enhance the product's industry reputation and competitiveness.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization, including marketing, product, compliance, and technology, to align operations with the overall business objectives.

**What We Require From You**:

- 5+ years of experience in revenue-driven product operations or user lifecycle optimization within an “internet” / “digital-centric” organization. FinTech experience would be highly advantageous.
- Exceptional data analysis and user demand insight capabilities
- Highly self-driven and results-oriented
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (to work with stakeholders who converse only in Mandarin)
