Key Responsibilities
UGC Content Platform Operations
- Lead the cold start and growth of the UGC content ecosystem in Singapore, designing creator recruitment, incentive, and retention strategies to increase content supply and user engagement.
- Design content distribution and recommendation optimization strategies, collaborating with the algorithm team to improve content matching efficiency.
- Plan localized user growth campaigns (e.g., viral mechanics, seasonal topics) to drive DAU and user retention.
Local Delivery Operations & Market Expansion
- Drive supply and demand strategies for local delivery operations:
Rider side: Design recruitment, subsidy, and scheduling plans to solve supply issues during cold start.
User side: Collaborate with content platform to run scenario-based marketing campaigns (e.g., "content discovery + instant delivery") to boost order density and repeat rate. - Explore B2B partnerships (local merchants, community stations) to establish differentiated service advantages.
Product Direction & Data-Driven Insights
- Analyze operational data (e.g., content conversion, order fulfillment rate) to propose product iteration suggestions and promote the implementation of "content-service" closed-loop features.
- Establish core KPI monitoring systems to quickly identify business bottlenecks and adjust strategy priorities.
Localization
- Develop efficient and compliant operational rules by gaining deep understanding of the Singapore market, including local culture, regulations, and competitors.
Requirements
Must-Have
- 3+ years of experience in internet platform operations, with hands-on experience in UGC content platforms (e.g., Xiaohongshu, TikTok) or O2O/instant delivery services (e.g., Grab, Foodpanda).
- Familiar with content ecosystem operations (creator management, traffic allocation) and key aspects of local delivery (supply-demand matching, dynamic pricing).
- Strong data analysis skills, able to independently analyze data using SQL/Excel and derive actionable strategies.
- Understanding of Singapore market and experience working in multicultural teams
Bonus
- Experience in 0-to-1 business cold start.
- Familiarity with Southeast Asian internet product trends and engagement mechanics.
- Basic product management skills, able to write PRDs and communicate effectively with technical teams.
