- Department: Data & Business Intelligence- Location: Singapore- Responsible for user insight, design unified user segmentation and lifecycle model for Lazada App, through data-mining to identify market opportunities and drive operational implementation.
- Responsible for user growth and performance marketing measurement. Design the operationalise framework to provide the operation KPI tracking and guidelines based on the user lifecycle management.
- Responsible for user growth and performance marketing steering. According to objectives and conversion funnel, drive the operation standardization cross the countries.
- Responsible for Competition Analysis, aggerate external data-source to monitor market control share and capture the opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement in performance and efficiency including running experiments and A/B tests.
- Collaborate with product, data and engineering team to develop new data and operational tools.
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science or other related business fields.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a Strategy, Management Consulting, Marketing, Product Operation, or Finance functions
- Experience in intelligence and analytics, incremental value driven mindset, understanding A/B Testing framework.
- User modelling skills with strong business acumen, in E-commerce, online marketing and user lifecycle management is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, break the boundary and execute to the last mile.
- Independent and self-driven, continuous breakthroughs and innovations.
