**About the Department**:
**Business Banking**

We develop integrated products and services targeted at helping small and medium-sized enterprises across the region progress through different stages of growth. These include innovative solutions and initiatives in areas of working capital loans, operational efficiency and currency exposure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Acting as a trusted advisor to help clients in their digital transformation needs and foster a digital culture.
- Being part of a team that performs services including (but not limited to) review/ recommend digital solutions, conducting deep dives and digital needs analysis; manage and integrate solutions where necessary to develop the right digital strategies to remain competitive
- Keep abreast with market changes, attain, and maintain required technical knowledge of features, benefits, and capabilities solution software of respective partners to better suit dynamic client acquisition conditions.
- Assist in execution of key elements of client adoption plans (liaising with partners on platform demos, hosting regular cadence on knowledge sharing & other support interventions as needed)
- Curate initiatives and campaigns to generate leads and referrals from internal and external partners
- Work externally with partners to build partnership ecosystem in relevant markets and industry sectors
- Build business sources and multipliers for NTB leads and referrals via Omnichannel or partners
- Attend and at times run industry events focused on SMEs together with respective partners
- Follow risk management and compliance procedures.
- Ensure all risk issues are escalated on a timely basis
- Ensure that all risk and control issues are adequately addressed and resolved on a timely basis

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven capability and track history with partner management, preferably in tech & SME sector
- Minimum two years’ experience in partner management
- Ability to quickly establish rapport with partners
- Strong listener: adept in uncovering latent or unspoken needs and translating them into sales outcomes
- Skilled in building urgency and engaging partners for leads and referrals
- Task and action focused - can create opportunity for yourself and drive to succeed.
- Passion for SME and B2B tech sector
