**About the Department**:
Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

**Responsibilities**:
**Stakeholder Relationship Management**
- Acts as a trusted advisor for Group Digital Service Centre for all new business demands requiring technology or operations enablement / solution across the region
- Supports Group Contact Centre Head for CR submission, pre-project planning activities
- Supports effective business change by building relationship with Business leaders, Technology and Operational business partners

**Digital Transformation Delivery**
- Manage projects in collaboration with Technology and Operations teams
- Work effectively with the Business, Contact Centre Centre users and internal Technology teams to ensure all aspects of the business requirement is defined and analyzed
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams including business analysts, solution architect, business technology services teams, and testing teams to define/clarify requirements
- Work with Technology and Operational business partners on the smooth delivery of the change requirements

**Managing Transformation Delivery**
- Main contact person for Group Contact Centre transformation into Digital Service Centre across the region
- Manage the communication and regular updates to business stakeholders
- Identify and work with relevant stakeholder on implementation issues and resolution tracking

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in banking or relevant industry
- Strong business domain knowledge in banking (e.g. Finance, Process Re-engineering, Data Management,Compliance
- Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving and process design skills that can translate analysis that meet business objectives
- Understanding of technology and operational processes on Contact Centre / Digital Service Centre
- Resourceful team player
- Familiar with change management processes and project management fundamentals
- Strategic forward thinking approach to challenges with outstanding communications, influencing, negotiating and persuasion skills
- Passionate, diligent and resilient individual with ability to thrive in ambiguity
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance or equivalent
