**About the Department**:
**UOB Private Bank**
is dedicated to managing the wealth of high-net-worth individuals with investment assets of $5million and above. Keeping in mind our clients’ financial objectives, we provide tailored products and solutions that draw on the Group’s comprehensive suite of personal, business and investment services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance our investment advisory and foreign exchange in alignment with the bank's overall objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing tailored investment solutions and ensuring a superior client experience.
- Oversee risk management practices within the advisory services to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Lead, mentor, and guide teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Organize and participate in client events, working closely with Senior Client Advisors (SCA) to provide product and investment solutions to customers.
- Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports for senior management, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 15 years of experience in investment advisory, with a minimum of 10 years in team management.
- Strong knowledge of investment products, foreign exchange, and risk management and other areas related to investment advisory.
- Proven track record in leading large teams and driving business success.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills with experience in high-net-worth client advisory.
