**About the Department**:
The **Retail **function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

**Personal Financial Services**

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

**Responsibilities**:
Seeking to hire a Manager within UOB’s Group Retail Marketing team who will provide support for marketing activities and campaigns related to the Wealth Banking and Privilege Banking client segments, as well as the bank's wealth advisory proposition.
- As a member of the Wealth and Affluent Segment marketing team, he/she will have to work closely with stakeholders across the sales, segment and product teams in the bank to facilitate and execute campaigns to help drive client acquisition, deepen client engagement and promote portfolio quality and penetration.
- Specifically, this individual will be tasked with working on client engagement materials (including onboarding and monthly segment newsletters) and ensuring such communication is sent to clients in a timely manner. This entails obtaining the required internal clearances; coordinating, scheduling and implementing eDM and/or SMS blasts; as well as website updates. He/she will also support the execution of client engagement events (including investment rums) and be responsible for sourcing and negotiating for campaign gifts/premiums when required.
- In the area of wealth advisory, this individual will assist in the development of advisory publications, working with the bank’s advisory team and agencies to produce and deliver regular and adhoc content to clients.
- Beyond below-the-line marketing, he/she may be tasked with supporting the team lead on paid/integrated campaigns as they arise, including working with creative agencies to refine creative assets and the media agency on executing media plans.
- Across all campaigns, this individual will assist with tracking the effectiveness of marketing efforts and spends. He/she will also be responsible for payments to vendors, budget tracking and reconciliation on allocated marketing budgets.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or Economics.
- At least 3 years of Marketing and/or Communications experience in a financial institution (FI) or managing FI accounts in a creative agency.
- Demonstrate creativity and the ability to express opinions on creative work.
- Good project management skills - able to prioritise and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communicator (written and spoken) who is personable and collaborative
