TMRW (pronounced as “tomorrow”) empowers the digital generation with a full suite of banking solutions through a smart, mobile-only app. Our mission is to build and expand the best digital bank in ASEAN. Launched in Indonesia and Thailand as the first mobile only digital bank by United Overseas Bank (UOB) in ASEAN, TMRW offers innovative and simple solutions to help customers stay one step ahead of their finances. **Responsibilities**:
- Ensure achievement of business objectives & drive Digital Acquisition for Unsecured Loans Product (Line of Credit, Balance Transfer and Personal Loan) on UOB TMRW SG
- Accelerate growth in overall digital contribution
- Collaborate with Product team to drive awareness and digital acquisition of the product via various digital marketing channels.
- Develop strategic input with agency and product team to build the digital strategy, media plans and pivot strategies based on funnel effectiveness, within the marketing budget
- Keep abreast of insight into industry practices & trends on the product and digital media channels and tools
**Job Requirements**:
- Degree in Business Administration / Banking & Finance / Digital Marketing or its equivalent
- At least 5+ years broad experience in digital / finance / product management roles, with a demonstrated track record to take ownership and drive output independently in a fast-paced environment
- High degree of proficiency required: Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to details, proactive and think creatively
- Ability to win confidence, react quickly to new information and guide decisions that balance multiple objectives
- Able to successfully navigate within varying degrees of ambiguity in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with accuracy
- High level of maturity and strong leadership skills are necessary to interface and manage multiple stakeholders at a senior leadership level, to drive and accelerate execution.
