**About the Department**:
The **Retail **function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.
**Personal Financial Services**
We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Partner with stakeholders to drive the business growth objectives through marketing campaigns, and provide the necessary support to deliver the campaign requirements and strategies
- Collaborate closely with Data Science and Business Analyst to playback to stakeholders with insights on their campaign performance to instill a rigor of continuous test-and-learn for subsequent campaign enhancements to drive business outcome
- Take ownership of a campaign portfolio and partners stakeholders closely to design and drive campaign framework to support the business objectives
- Evolve campaign management through models test and learn, criteria enrichment via data engineering or new data points, designing sequential/multi-wave campaigns and process enhancements with automation/technology capabilities
- Employ various tools such as SAS, Unica and Adobe Campaign Classic in the accurate, timely and contextual delivery of campaigns across multiple channels

**Job Requirements**:
- 3 to 6 years working experience in campaign management roles or similar functions, with good working knowledge in using Campaign Management platforms (Adobe Campaign or Unica) and workflows to structure campaign automation and real-time campaigns deployment
- Strong data processing and technical skills - preferably with a Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics or similar disciplines.
- Good working knowledge in SQL or SAS (Base, SQL, Macro, Studio or EG) in processing and handling data for campaign management and operations context
- Able to work independently and collaborates to win as a team
- Able to multi-task and process-driven to drive efficiency through automation
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
