**About the Department**:
The **Retail **function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

**Personal Financial Services**

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

**Responsibilities**:

- To build regional MIS dashboards cutting across customers, products and transactional metrics
- Understand business requirements and use of right data to show case business performances, gaps and opportunities.
- To support in the construction of data visualisations dashboards and streamline/enhance existing dashboards through review with stakeholders
- To assist in setting up the data dictionary documenting the definition & logics required

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Experience in data analytics/science within banking industry would be an advantage
- Experience in SAS, HUE, Python, QlikSense or any business intelligence tool would be an advantage
- Highly meticulous, inquisitive and proactive
- Independent worker with good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and business users
