**About the Department**:
The **Finance and Corporate Services**function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.

**Group Finance**
We support enhanced decision-making to achieve optimal and sustainable financial outcomes for our shareholders. We are responsible for providing insights into the performance of the Group through financial, regulatory and performance reporting of the Group.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage product financials and behavioral analysis of Deposits portfolio
- Develop Financial Models for Deposits portfolio
- Projection on Volumes, Ending Balances and Spreads
- Develop and analyze predictive cum profitability models to guide new product development and customer retention
- Understanding of Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) and Customer Pricing
- Quantify the impact on revenue; identifying risks and opportunities
- Partner business stakeholders to optimize on product offering and portfolio profitability
- Expense Monitoring e.g. A&P, Expense Accrual, etc.
- Provide insight to cost of deposits, direct and allocation, and support business to drive profitability and expense optimization.
- Manage analysis and forecast of ending balances, spreads and revenues for Monthly Forecast cycle, Annual Budgeting, Strategic Plan and ICAAP/RRP Stress Test exercise.
- Preparation of monthly financials dashboards for management reporting
- Establish and set up Financial KPIs for performance measurement
- Support PFS Business Finance Lead on monthly business review.
- Involvement in validating financials in Product Program
- MIS mapping of various Deposit Products in Financial System to ensure correct classification and revenue recognition
- Campaign Tracking (Revenue and Expenses)
- Support Deposit Head on all other Ad-Hoc Product Analysis request - to function as a Deposit Product Analyst

**Job Requirements**:

- A recognized university degree in Finance/Business or its equivalent. Accounting background preferred.
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience in performance management role and in banking industry.
- Highly motivated, strong analytical skills, meticulous and able to work under pressure.
- Good team player and able to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with business partners.
