**About the Department**:
The **Finance and Corporate Services** function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.

**Group Finance**

We support enhanced decision-making to achieve optimal and sustainable financial outcomes for our shareholders. We are responsible for providing insights into the performance of the Group through financial, regulatory and performance reporting of the Group.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Group PFS Head to deliver the budget by actively engaging the business in our monthly forecasting process
- Work with country PFS and Finance heads to manage the business performance management of the countries in identifying opportunities and risk to achieve a more robust forecast against the budget
- Provide financial analysis of the various products to understand the key revenue drivers to assist in the growth of the franchise
- Ensure adequate cost controls and discipline. Drive re-engineering initiatives within team or Region countries to improve cost efficiency and productivity
- Undertake Strategic Planning review and Adhoc Projects
- Manage Industry Wide Stress Test and ICAAP deliverables
- Guide and review countries’ business cases of projects and transformation programs
- Drive funding strategies and understanding of Fund Transfer Pricing to better manage the balance sheet
- Partner with Credit to better manage and understand impairment
- Lead and facilitate the budget planning
- Lead, develop and train cohesive team, build bench strength

**Job Requirements**:

- An undergraduate degree and qualified CPA
- 15 years of financial management experience in banks/financial institutions
- Experience in Consumer business of Bank is preferred
- Sound judgment with the ability to make decisions and present recommendations with clarity and conviction to serve the business’ objectives
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong understanding of the bank’s business units and the reporting needs of those units
- Driven and energetic with strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact at all levels across the organization
