**About the Department**:
The **Finance and Corporate Services** function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.

**Corporate Real Estate Services**

We manage and administer matters relating to real estate on behalf of the Group. These include lease management, facilities management, as well as security and general service matters.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage & track capital expenditures for all corporate real estate projects and initiatives
- Develop financial models and maintain financial templates so as to aid decision making in property related space
- Perform cash flow or financial analysis for all projects undertaken by Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) and wholly owned overseas property companies
- Support finance operations and related activities such as posting of accounting entries, invoice approval, payment release, audit clearance, engaging external consultants, etc
- Support monthly, quarterly and yearly financial and reporting activities of CRES Finance
- Manage annual budgeting exercise for SG, subsidiaries and overseas branches
- Develop and review charging rates for internal and external tenants for occupying UOB owned properties
- Standardize UOB Group accounting of property incomes and expenditures across overseas banking as well as non-banking subsidiaries.
- Support CRES data analytics journey and continuous process improvement
- Provide guidance to junior team members
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in accountancy or business
- 5-7 years of working experience with similar capacity
- Well conversant with MS Office
- Ability to initiate, drive discussion and excellent communication skills
- Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities
- Must be hands on and able to multi-task and at the same time be an effective team player
- Knowledge of analytics tool such as PowerBI as well as SAP ERP system will be an advantage
