**About the Department**:
The Compliance function is a strategic partner and a trusted business enabler to the Board and senior management. It is our responsibility to ensure that the Group continuously fulfils its regulatory obligations in today’s tight and dynamic regulatory landscape. To do that, we work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and to assess regulatory risks. This collaboration also includes developing practical solutions that integrate regulations into operational requirements as well as actively shaping and promoting stronger compliance culture and literacy in the Bank.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support in setting standards and controls for Group digital that are aligned with regulatory requirements and leading industry practices
- Support inProcess Risk Assessments
- Be the Process and Governance lead to design governance processes and controls for TMRW Digital Group and digital team in countries
- Review TMRW Digital Group and TMRW Digital SG’s adherence to processes and controls
- Manage TMRW Digital Group’s Conduct Programme
- Manage audit remediation plans and audit deliverables
- Identify continuous process improvements and drive enhancement of controls,processes and operating models

**Job Requirements**:

- Have process and control design abilities, and the ability to map controls to regulatory obligations
- Have the appetite to review process and controls for adherence with procedures and regulation
- Good working knowledge regulatory requirements relating to Retail Products and Technology Risk Management
- Knowledge/ experience in areas such as Audit; Compliance Reviews; Operational Risk management; Tech Risk management; information security; simple project management
- 8 years of experience in Compliance; Ops Risk Management; Audit; Retail Banking products, channels or Ops; Audit
- Comfortable dealing with Senior Executives
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communicator with customer centric mind set
- Ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines and with unexpected requirement changes
- Strategic and goal-oriented thinker; generates a vision, establishes direction, creates an atmosphere of trust, and encourages on-going improvement
