**About the Department**:
**Business Banking**

We develop integrated products and services targeted at helping small and medium-sized enterprises across the region progress through different stages of growth. These include innovative solutions and initiatives in areas of working capital loans, operational efficiency and currency exposure.

**Responsibilities**:
Objectives:
Achieve higher conversion rate from submission to acceptance Achieve faster submission, rework & implementation Achieve higher ticket size per case Promote cross-pollination in the Districts & leaders Assist District Manager to achieve required trade acceptance numbers

Execution:

- Work with TFMs/RMs/leaders to go through (a) cases with issues to help Sales with rework & (b) declined/ aborted cases to determine really no good justifications (to ensure no worthy submissions are lost)
- At acquisition stage, work or visit with sales to ask the relevant risk related questions on business background/outlook/mgmt and key financials changes
- Monitor trade cases’ submission to acceptance:
- Tracking of status on all submitted cases to CAT (& highlight long TAT cases) Sharing of declined/ aborted reasons (to ensure Sales get better in identifying right CX profile) Sharing of rework reasons (to ensure Sales get better in their submission quality) Any other sharing we came to know which can facilitate faster TAT
- Hold periodic/ adhoc sessions for trade sharing & learning (to build quality TBFMs/ RMs)
- Able to understand trade offerings and assist in getting trade offerings approved, rectified.
- Propose improvements to Product, Process, Training, PMT, CAC, LO Team, Credit, CAT, etc to smoothen trade acquisitions.

**Support a strong risk culture in order to safeguard our customers and the Bank**
- Adhere to all relevant policies/frameworks and controls.
- Escalate/Report risk issue(s), if any, on a timely basis to Team Lead/Head and BB Line Risk Control Manager (LRCM)
- Work with BB LCRM to resolve any risk and control issues, if any, on a timely basis
- While performing annual credit review, ensure data clean-up in both CRM and BCAS to ensure information are correctly reported to conform to compliance and contain the credit risk.

**Job Requirements**:

- 8 years in relevant working experience
- Strong trade credit risk analysis experience
- Hands on trade offerings experience
