**UOB Asset Management** is a leading Asian asset manager with award-winning investment expertise in fixed income and equities. Headquartered in Singapore, we offer global investment management expertise to individuals, institutions and corporations from a regional network spanning Thailand, Malaysia, Brunei, Japan and beyond. Our comprehensive product suite includes innovative solutions covering retail unit trusts, exchange-traded funds and customised portfolio management services.

**Responsibilities**:
UOB Asset Management has grown steadily over the years to become a leading fund manager in Singapore and South East Asia. Our mission is to be a premier asset management firm in the Asia-Pacific region, committed to provide quality products and deliver excellent customer service to our clients. To this end, we are looking for ambitious and energetic individuals to join our Intermediary Sales team.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Identifying opportunities and generating client leads for the marketing of investment solutions and products with Financial Intermediaries (Banks, Private Banks, Insurance Companies, Independent Financial Advisers and other Financial Intermediaries in Singapore)
- Multi-level, continued and consistent engagement with Senior Management, Product Gatekeepers, Financial Advisors and Relationship Managers
- Actively plan and execute seminars, client activities and Fund launches. Conduct market and Fund updates, client seminars.
- Assist and work closely with stakeholders for key initiatives.
- Work closely with internal teams (Fund Managers, Product, Marketing Communications, Operations, etc.) to ensure that all client requirements and/or requests are promptly met

**Job Requirements**:

- A degree holder with minimum 8 years’ investment sales and marketing experience in a similar capacity in the asset management, financial services industry and/or experience providing capital market solutions to corporate or institutional clients.
- Excellent customer skills and a strong sense of initiative, drive and ability to work under pressure to meet and exceed sales objectives
- Good knowledge and understanding of investment assets and products and ability to present investment proposals
- Experience with fund sales in a corporate wealth or financial advisory environment is a definite advantage
- Able to work independently, possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.
- CFA accreditation and/or fund management experience would be a strong advantage.
