**About the Department**:
UOB’s Group Strategy and Transformation (GSAT) is a unit that supports business units across the group drive the strategic and transformation agenda. On Strategy, we support the MEC in their definition of the bank’s ambition and roadmap. Through Transformation, we support business heads to prioritize initiatives, structure them into programs for execution, and drive their successful delivery. In addition, the team supports the bank's strategic Communications activity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all administration requirements of the HOD & Team including but not limited to; diary management; travel arrangements; filing; document preparation; maintenance of a tidy office; booking catering as required; purchase orders and invoices, and more.
- Support the HOD with regards to preparation of presentations materials and documents for meetings.
- Facilitate smooth communication and handle sensitive work or information between departments while maintaining an atmosphere of trust, confidentiality, and teamwork.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in providing Executive Assistant for the C-Suite Level Executives.
- Proven ability to fully understand the nature of business and priorities within the team and taking the initiative to drive these priorities.
- Strong organizational and planning skills to manage conflicting priorities.
- High degree of discretion, confidentiality, professionalism and exception attention to detail.
- Clear communicator, confident in liaising with Executives across all levels of the business hierarchy, both internally and externally.
