**About the Department**:
UOB Group Wholesale Banking & Markets Marketing (GWMM) is the central marketing function for Group Wholesale Banking (GWB) and Global Markets (GM). We work with all business functions within GWB and GM to develop marketing strategies and plans. We collaborate and lead across the business functions in GWB and GM, bringing marketing and customer insights to cross-functional stakeholders across relationship managers, product, customers and executive leadership. Headquartered in Singapore, we offer marketing expertise to develop go-to-market plans to drive and support business goals and initiatives, as well as manage all internal and external marketing communications.

**Responsibilities**:
Today’s businesses rely on a multitude of digitally-enabled solutions to drive increased connectivity and efficiency within their respective supply chains. UOB’s continued investments in this product space bring exciting new opportunities for businesses looking to capture growth opportunities in ASEAN through developments in payments, trade and foreign exchange.
UOB is looking for an individual with proven experience in end-to-end product marketing (including, but not limited to: proposition development and ideation, go-to-market, campaign and performance management).
The individual enjoys learning about technologies and concepts, and has the ability to communicate propositional benefits of emerging products in contrast to traditional models, identifying areas of opportunity to augment UOB’s connectivity capability differentiation as the One Bank For ASEAN.
Reporting to the Marketing Lead in the Group Wholesale Banking and Markets marketing team, the individual should be a strong story-teller, able to develop compelling propositions, build strong relationships and collaborate with Product Teams, Coverage Segments, Clients and Partners, leveraging cross-functional lines to market UOB’s solutions from concept to completion.

**Responsibilities**
- Partner Marketing Lead to develop and deliver differentiating propositions for marketing UOB’s product capabilities.
- Contribute and execute regional go-to-market plans reflecting Wholesale Banking’s product roadmap and operating plan.
- Participate and drive internal stakeholder engagement and discussions on product strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive the product delivery and commercialisation.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and lead internal education efforts in innovation, approach and learnings.
- Coordinate regular newsletters to provide insights against market trends and UOB’s activities in this space.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 8 years working experience in the B2B product and solutions space with a proven track record in implementing successful solutions and digital strategies.
- Strong understanding of the Trade and Payment business and an appreciation of innovations happening within these spaces.
- Experience in managing cross-segment, regional rollouts strongly preferred.
- Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate across a matrixed corporate environment, internally and externally.
- Dynamic, collaborative and adaptable.
