**About the Department**:
Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

**Responsibilities**:

- As team member, your role reports to a Team Lead
- Review terms of LC, contracts, documents to ensure deal can be self-liquidated.
- Perform price check, vessel check, mark-to-market of collaterals & FX currencies and work within bank limits, counterparty limits & debtor limits.
- Monitor vessel routes, vessel arrival and to serve notice to disport agent where necessary.
- Follow-up with customers to secure and ensure timeliness of receipt of sales proceeds
- Review matchlists and discrepancies.
- Adhere to bank’s policies, guidelines, regulatory & AML/CFT procedures
- Timely and accurate delivery in accordance to Service Level Agreement
- Assist Team Leads in any administrative tasks

**Job Requirements**:

- Sound knowledge of UCP, ISBP, URC URR, ISP, URDG, MAS/ABS Guidelines and experience in all areas of international trade
- Trade product knowledge
- Proficient in excel & macro, tech savvy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous and strong follow-up skills
- Able to work independently and strong teamwork
- Inquisitive & positive learning attitude
