**About the Department**:
The **Finance and Corporate Services** function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.
**Group Finance**
We support enhanced decision-making to achieve optimal and sustainable financial outcomes for our shareholders. We are responsible for providing insights into the performance of the Group through financial, regulatory and performance reporting of the Group.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for supporting the business in performance management and financial analysis for Business Banking to drive disciplined business growth.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Financial performance management including Actual analysis, Forecasting and Budgeting, KPI tracking and performance reviews.
- Analysis of financial business drivers and produce driver-based forecast models.
- Conduct expense analysis and cost management.
- Sales performance tracking and productivity analysis.
- Prepare monthly business review decks with analysis of P&L and Balance Sheet performance.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as defined by Head of Wholesale Business Finance.
- Ensure adherence to the bank’s financial reporting and accounting principles and practices.
**Job Requirements**:
- A recognized university degree in Finance/ Business or its equivalent. Accounting background preferred.
- At least 7 years of relevant working experience in management reporting; able to consolidate and present MIS in clear, actionable and timely manner.
- Proactively automate processes and reports to drive efficiency.
- Meticulous, analytical and pro-active in solving problems.
- A self-starter who is able to work independently as well as in teams.
- Able to present recommendations with clarity and conviction to meet business goals.
- Driven individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of organization
