**About the Department**:
The **Credit and Risk Management** function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit and Special Asset Management. We manage the risks arising from the Group’s business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing independent assessment of the overall risk profile.

**Responsibilities**:
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for managing all aspects of the financial reporting and analytics of the Singapore Credit Management Division. Specific responsibilities include:

- Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reporting and MIS analysis including loss forecasting and budgeting
- Oversee and monitor key performance indicators and create informative and accurate reports to facilitate decision-making
- Manage data analytics processes and other techniques to develop quality and sophisticated business and forecast models including dashboard reporting
- Monitoring delinquency performance and early identification of problem areas
- Enhance productivity and efficiency levels through a culture of continuous improvement and increase usage of automation to development a robust MIS infrastructure
- Identify gaps in existing business and IT processes, recommend and execute implementable solutions to address the issues
- Participate in User Acceptance Tests for MIS related projects

**Job Requirements**:
Degree holder (preferably in Banking & Finance/Business Administration/ Computer Science/any related field)
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics in Consumer Credit, Finance, Risk Management, Decision Science, and MIS reporting, preferably within a banking/financial services environment.
- A strong communicator with excellent presentation, project management, interpersonal and influencing skills, and is able to work in dynamic, fast paced environments.
- Strong analytical, qualitative and quantitative/financial skills, with a demonstrated understanding of financial and budgeting processes.
- Knowledge in SAS scripting, databases, software development processes
- Broad understanding of retail banking credit business and IT systems such as data networks and database management
- Proven ability to work independently and under pressure
- Project management and verbal and written communication skills.
- Keen eye for details and business acumen
- A team player who is analytical, self-motivated and meticulous
