**About the Department**:
The **Credit and Risk Management** function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit and Special Asset Management. We manage the risks arising from the Group’s business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing independent assessment of the overall risk profile.

**Responsibilities**:
**Group wide Stress Test Execution**
Lead the credit risk stress test execution team and ensure the credit stress test execution is performed properly within stipulated timeline. This includes:

- Manage the execution of credit stress tests. Define execution plan, assign tasks to members and participate in the execution.
- Review and analyze credit stress test results.
- Generate credit stress test reports to the various committees and MAS.
- Plan and manage the enhancements to the credit stress test engine. Ensure model and system enhancements are correctly implemented in the system.

**Stress Test Methodology Research**
- Research and develop the Bank’s credit stress testing framework and methodology.
- Develop the Bank’s Retail and Non-Retail credit stress testing models. Perform regular review to ensure the models fit for use.
- Support the stress test model implementation and UAT testing.

**Job Requirements**:

- Good degree from a recognized tertiary institution, preferably in Finance, Engineering or Mathematics/Quantitative related discipline
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills in modeling and data analysis using SAS
- Good knowledge of Basel capital standards, IRB credit models and stress testing
- Good written and spoken communication skills with keen ability to engage and influence at all levels
- Team player with drive, initiative and a passion to develop a career in credit risk portfolio management
- Working experience in credit stress testing execution / model development is an added advantage
