**We are expanding and looking for Human Resource (HR) Admin Assistant / Interns to join our team**
**Job Description**:
- Provide administrative support for HR executives
- Sets up and schedules complicated meetings for interviewees, hiring managers, employees, and department heads.
- Supports human resources department by screening, testing, and interviewing applicants.
- Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
- Assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes
- Answer telephone calls and provide needed information
- Create reports for senior management
- Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources Management (HRM) or similar relevant field would be preferred
- Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and HR software
- Familiarity with Singapore's Labor Laws
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Act as a reliable and supportive team member
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Data-driven mindset
- Creative individual to come up with ideas for Recruitment Marketing
**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Freelance, Internship, Student job
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 15 per week
**Salary**: $8.00 - $12.00 per hour
