About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Head of Workplace, Pacific to be responsible for all WeWork revenue associated with the Workplace product across Pacific. Principal responsibilities include leading the sales, strategy and operations associated with the International Workplace sales team. Reporting into the Head of Workplace, International.
In this role, you will:
- Own the International Go-To-Market strategy for the Workplace product
- Drive, support and influence Workplace sales strategy
- Build a dedicated, high performing team and hold accountable for sales
- Create and execute outreach efforts to accelerate market awareness
- Partner closely with Marketing to generate buzz and push the International WeWork software-as-a-service offering and revenue
- Possess a firm grasp of the product and understanding of how it differs from competitors
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders in Technology and Sales to ensure alignment across the business
- Oversee training, ensuring teams have adequate knowledge and understanding of Workplace
- Proactively develop new, creative sales tactics and incentives to drive performance in-line with WeWork’s business objectives
- Be a positive WeWork brand ambassador and effectively communicate our value proposition to members
- Develop sales forecasts and own reporting to the Head of Workplace,, International
About You
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in fast paced, high growth industry
- 5+ years managing sales teams
- Experience in the Real Estate industry, ideally in a Flexible working environment.
- Experience in Workplace software will be an added advantage.
- Experience in creating products and building Go-To-Market strategies
- Strong critical thinking skills and a passion for solving problems
- Experience in working cross-functionally to push sales
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
- Exceptional organization skills and multi-tasking skills
- A strong stakeholder manager who can effectively translate go-to-market strategies into commercial results
- Teamwork, cooperation and ability to develop others
- Reliable, focused, with demonstrated ability to consistently meet goals and deadlines
