
Office Administrator

**Responsibilities**
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages, assisting with client queries, following up and re-directing calls as required; and keeping meticulous notes on client interactions
- Greeting and assisting visitors to the office whenever necessary
- Learning as much about the Walton business and products in order to provide ample support and information to our clients
- Maintaining contact lists, computer and manual filing systems
- Data entry (client updates, call logs, trackers, etc.)
- Providing administration support to Operations teams and Senior Management
- Arranging and supporting both internal and external events
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Coordinate office procedures and resolve administrative problems
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required
**Requirements**:
- Proven admin and customer service experience
- At least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Must be numerically inclined and data-driven with strong analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM and Mail Merge knowledge a plus
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
