**Main Accountabilities**
- Responsible for the effective management and oversight of the Church Administrative team. This includes the areas of general administration, HR policy and Finance.
- Directly administer HR policy and wage matters
- Manage external communication, including handling of public enquiries, crisis management and media request
- Work with the Senior Pastor and the church leaders in the strategic development of the church. You should have ability to strategise the long-term development of the church and work with the pastors and leaders to manage the development process.
**Relevant Experience**
- Have at least 10 years’ experience in office administration and HR policy
- Ability and experience in managing organisational and strategic development
- Good inter-personal, motivational and communication skills
