**HEAD, BUSINESS & COMPANY ADMINSTRATOR**
We are seeking a highly-organized, pro-active, high-energy, skilled and motivated personnel to play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our organization.
You will be responsible for managing general company and business administration tasks, providing close support to senior management and directors and coordinating office activities.
**Responsibilities**:
**Office Management**:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes maintaining office supplies, managing facility maintenance, and organizing office layout and equipment.
**Administrative Support**:Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and other functional heads as needed. Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and arranging meetings.
**Data Management**:Maintain and update various databases, records, and files. Ensure accurate and organized documentation of important information in tandem with the Document Controller.
**Travel Logistics**:Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, and transportation for team members and executives. Coordinate travel plans and logistics to ensure smooth travel experiences.
**Event Coordination**:Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences. Handle event logistics, such as venue bookings, catering, and equipment setup.
**Financial management support**:Assist in tracking and managing office expenses, petty cash, and invoices. Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely processing of payments.
**HR Support**:Support HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
**Problem Solving**:Identify and resolve administrative issues and challenges promptly. Offer innovative solutions to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
**Requirements**:
Proven high-performance work experience as a (Senior) Administrative Manager or Executive or similar role.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); and Web/ Digital engagement systems: Webinar, Teams, Webex, Zoom. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills. Discretion in handling confidential information.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
Minimally 7 years of relevant working experience.
