As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a dynamic Business Head to lead our autofinance operations and business delivery teams.

Role Summary

The Business Head will oversee multiple departments of autofinance and be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across various business verticals. This role requires strong leadership, excellent people management skills, and the ability to drive results in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Oversight

  • Manage and coordinate activities across teams including Sales, Credit, Collections, and Operations

  • Ensure alignment between teams to support effective service delivery

  • Establish structured workflows and operational discipline

People Leadership

  • Lead and develop department heads and their respective teams

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

  • Conduct performance reviews and support team development initiatives

Process Management

  • Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction

  • Identify areas for process optimization and implement best practices

  • Ensure service-level targets and operational timelines are met consistently

Stakeholder Communication

  • Serve as a senior point of contact for key internal and external stakeholders

  • Support management in cross-functional coordination and reporting

  • Ensure clear, consistent communication between departments

Desired Profile

Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in financial services, auto finance, or related industries

  • Prior experience managing cross-functional teams and business units

  • Exposure to both retail and B2B service environments is preferred
