**Key Job Responsibilities/Duties
- Responsible for formulating department work plans and organizing their implementation to complete corresponding performance goals.
- Responsible for organizing Branch’s reputation risk management, confidentiality management, file management, official document management, news publicity and other work.
- Responsible for overall planning and coordination of important official business, business reception, major events and work tasks across departments of the whole bank.
- Responsible for the liaison work with external organizations and the media.
- Responsible for the relevant administrative work of the Branch Management, follow up and implementation of supervision matters.
- Responsible for department’s personnel management and strengthen team dynamics.
- Other tasks assigned by superiors.
**Job Requirements
- Minimum of a Degree (Banking, Finance or related area)
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in corporate office administration and minimum three (3) years of experience in a leadership role.
- Possess strong risk awareness and risk control ability
- Proficiency in English and Chinese required to effectively perform liaison work and work with colleagues from Head Office.
