The position calls for excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight timelines. This role asks to be a lead to support sales pursuits and competitive renewals. You will ensure adherence to all bid processes and documentations, conduct formatting, proofreading and copy checking, identify bid / proposal process improvements and best practice and use knowledge of competition, processes, clients or sectors / domains to bring to light any risks or gaps in the response, solution.
You will be working primarily with MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and other presentation software. Hence you will need to possess high level of proficiency in these tools with good command of the English written language.
This role encompasses driving and building winning Solutions & proposals for our client.
Partner with key stakeholders, mainly designated Country Sales Lead and other Solution & Proposal team members provide tailored, competitive solutions and proposal material for qualified requests
Manage the development of clear, articulate, and winning value propositions for presentation to our prospective clients.
Manage and drive the Proposal Process such as
Creating Proposal strategies
Identify, capture and develop win themes
Develop bid program, timelines and identify necessary resources
Understand competitive landscape and seek to positively differentiate our proposals
Coordinate cross functional teams to build staffing models, detailed savings glide paths, technology offerings and specific outcomes that our clients will use to evaluate JLL within their selection process
Assess financial and operational risks for JLL, as well as evaluating the alignment of proposed solution with commercial model
Produce consistent high quality, customer focused tender responses within allocated time frames
Work with creative teams to enhance visual impact of tender responses / presentations
In addition
Participate as part of the wider Solutions & Proposal Team across the globe to ensure that there is an ongoing exchange of solutions & best practices across the business.
Champion proposal best practice
Monitor & highlight continuous improvement and development opportunities
Work closely with the Asia Pacific Bid COE team to maintain bid library and other relevant business development collateral
**Qualifications**:
Degree, preferably in Marketing/Business Administration/ Communications/ Real Estate
Minimum 3 years of experience within a professional services firm in a business development / marketing capacity
