Portfolio Services Solutions & Proposal Senior Manager role at JLL .

The role leads, plans, schedules, and oversees the timely development and delivery of high-quality regional and/or global responses to JLL Work Dynamics business opportunities, from pre-RFP to post-submission activities, in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses predominantly on Portfolio Services (Transactions Management, Occupancy Planning, and Lease Administration), working in partnership with SMEs and leaders from each of these teams. The role will be based in Singapore and reports to the Head of Proposal Management for Work Dynamics. It acts as the APAC point of contact for new business RFIs and RFPs, and existing account renewals, which include LA, OPM and/or TM in scope—focusing predominantly on regional and global multi-service/enterprise opportunities that include Portfolio Services as a component. The right candidate should have experience working on Portfolio Services related proposals or significant other real estate services pursuits at a (minimum) regional or preferably global level and intimately understand the process involved in planning, ideating and creating world-class proposals.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the successful development of compliant, competitive, and compelling Portfolio Services Solutions proposals through effective collaboration across teams that include sales, pricing, solution management, leadership, internal SMEs and in-country teams across the region.
  • Apply experience and best practices in proposal team management to ensure the timely delivery of proposal submissions that are fully compliant with solicitation instructions.
  • Lead and analyze RFI, RFQ, RFPs and other bid documents for requirements.
  • Develop the proposal schedule, outline, compliance matrix, and proposal development plans.
  • Establish and maintain the Teams collaboration site for each proposal.
  • Work with the core pursuit team (sales, solutions, and pricing) to determine author assignments and integrate win strategy, themes, and discriminators into proposal.
  • Provide insight, leadership, and work guidance to authors on all proposal content.
  • Take ownership of the quality of the proposal for reviews and final delivery by performing rigorous quality assurance checks on draft and final documents.
  • Prepare and lead efficient Proposal Kickoff meetings and daily status calls.
Key Skills/Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree with at least five to eight years of experience in Solution Development, Bid Management and/or the Real Estate industry.
  • A hands-on background in Portfolio Services (Transaction Management, Lease Administration, Occupancy Planning) is advantageous.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal), with strong influencing skills – particularly at the senior level.
  • Proven track record in proposal management, either leading a team or as an individual contributor in regional and/or global pursuits.
  • Fluency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Teams amongst other software platforms.
