**Key Responsibilities**:Portfolio Solutions Development**:
Analyze client requirements and develop tailored portfolio solutions that are cost-effective and align with client objectives
Collaborate with internal teams to design comprehensive service offerings that integrate Transaction Management, Lease Administration, and Occupancy Planning
Stay current with market trends and best practices in portfolio management to ensure innovative solutions
**Proposal Management**:
Lead the end-to-end proposal process for new business opportunities and contract renewals
Ensure proposal content is accurate, compelling, and aligned with client needs and company capabilities
Manage proposal timelines and deliverables to meet submission deadlines
**Client and Stakeholder Engagement**:
Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand requirements and present portfolio solutions
Collaborate with regional and global colleagues to leverage expertise and resources for proposal development
Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless proposal creation and delivery
**Financial Analysis and Pricing**:
Develop pricing strategies for portfolio solutions that are competitive and profitable
Conduct financial analysis to support proposed solutions and demonstrate value to clients
Work with finance teams to ensure accurate cost modeling and pricing structures
**Quality Control and Continuous Improvement**:
Implement and maintain quality control processes for all proposals and portfolio solutions
Analyze win/loss data to identify areas for improvement in the proposal process and solution offerings
Develop and maintain proposal templates, content libraries, and best practices documentation
**Market Intelligence**:
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform portfolio solution strategies
Contribute to the development of new service offerings and enhancements to existing portfolio solutions
**Team Collaboration and Leadership**:
Mentor and guide junior team members in proposal development and portfolio solution creation
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and innovation
Participate in cross-functional projects to improve overall business performance
**Compliance and Risk Management**:
Ensure all proposals and portfolio solutions comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with proposed solutions and contract terms
