**Job Overview**

Bottomline Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic Service Delivery Manager to lead a team of SWIFT and
Application consultants across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and India, coordinating the
implementation, upgrade and training of Bottomline solutions. The Service Delivery Manager will ensure proper planning and organizing of the work of our consultants and engineers in the APAC region, supervising the client projects, either implemented at customer's premises or on Bottomline SaaS environment. The Service Delivery Manager is ultimately responsible for the revenue forecast and
tracking.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with a consultant to establish a project plan and budget for a new customer
- Conduct a team meeting to assist your colleagues with their impediments
- Liaise with Accounting team, for raising invoices related to project milestones and work delivered by consultants
- Provide our sales team effort estimates for a quote
- Review and approve a commercial proposal
- Escalate and discuss project issues with Operations Director and Service Delivery Director
- Conduct leadership and mentoring sessions with your team members

**Requirements**:

- Professional services delivery management or project management, with 6-8 years' experience
- Managing and tracking multiple plans on various services across different countries efficiently
- People management, with experience developing and managing technical personnel
- Interacting in a multinational and multi-cultural environment
- Technology and have experience in financial services / banking domain
- Working independently without supervision
- Communication, both written and oral
- Being self-motivated with a positive "can-do" attitude

**Technical Skills**
- Good general IT skills (exposure to Windows & Linux)
- MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) & Atlassian Suite (Confluence, JIRA)
- A passion for all things IT
